I admit it. I jump to conclusions that are wrong. All the time. I’m really good at looking at a problem and organizing all the points out, but when it comes to actually drawing a conclusion, I suck. I’m a dork.

I know it’s silly to feel this giddy, but I got an A+ on my first project and quiz.
Go me go!

It was a Rock-A-Hula Birthday. Tikis, palm trees, pineapples and hula girls. I came into work on Friday and my friends had decided against the grim bunny graveyard theme in favor of something more tropical. Which incited them to lei the little wind-up nun I keep on my monitor. They even included a little drink umbrella.

Saturday is my birthday!
I realized walking into work today that this will be my 5th birthday here. 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003. *sigh* This is the longest I’ve ever stayed at a job. Most of the time I get bored and need to be challenged, so I move on. But now I have a house payment and all the responsibilities that accompany owning a house. Every year my friends decorate my desk. Usually it’s so “decorated” that it’s impossible to work. Which is always nice on a Friday. This year my twisted friend is responsible for the decorations. I have a feeling the theme may be “Bunny Graveyard.” Bastages.
Last night was my first Passover dinner. Besides being absolutely yummy, it’s pretty frickin’ long. I didn’t get home until 1am. There were 11 of us. I was one of the two non-Jewish guests, the rest were family that I’ve known for a long time. I really had a great time.

Today is finally the 1st day of class. Unfortunately I had to give up my birthday Laker tickets so I wouldn’t miss the first class. BUT – this is much more important.
Soon I will be smart n’ stuff!

Bebop Rocked!!! I loved it! I’d go again, but it’s only showing this week and I do need to work. So I’ll have to be content with watching it on my ‘puter with subtitles.
Tomorrow I need to focus on the app and the agent stragglers for conference. Another beeeg day.

Ahh. Friday. Again. Lovin’ it. Coffee made, co-worker brought in the most delectable french pastries from my favorite bakery. Mmmm raspberry crossiants. And there’s a BOOK FAIR downstairs in our main lobby. I’m going to get Jenna’s birthday present (6 is an important birthday) and then something for both Jenna and Danielle for Easter. And maybe something for me too…
I feel very good about this week. Got a lot done at work – interim app is out, the agreement and new app are tied up in Legal being reviewed. Only one meeting schedule today. The best part is I start classes next Tuesday. I’ll go into class on Tuesdays for the intro class (required) and then start the other class online. I’ve decided to do as much as possible online – gives me an opportunity to work from home and work during my lunch hour and after work, if I choose.
Going to go see Cowboy Bebop this weekend – I am so jazzed about seeing it in the theater. Limited release for 1 week. *sigh* I may end up going both Saturday and Sunday if I can coerce Glenn into it.
